What do I bring to class?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Yoga is best done on an empty stomach. It is advised that no food be consumed for one and half to two hours prior to the class.

You will need to keep warm during Yoga nidra deep relaxation, as the body temperature will decrease.

Please bring your own drink bottle, mat, cushion or blanket -- Some mats, cushions and blankets are provided.
